Save v Submit - teaching preferences
When completing the Teaching Preferences it would be nice to have a “save but don’t submit” button rather than just “Done.” I imagine instructors will want to have the option to put together their first draft and finalize at a later date without submitting.

This is actually the behavior of the page (changes are saved immediately in the background) but we should make it more explicit so instructors know they can partially fill out the form and come back later. A 'Save' button is a good idea.
Marking as completed as the new design handles this.
