Adding newly approved courses
Hi. It seems that some active courses (ICMS Curriqunet) are not appearing in the course search option when adding courses to IPA Courses annual plan. Example BIM 088V completed the final approval process in ICMS on 2/7/18, but does not appear in the search. When does this list get updated? Thank you!

Hi Christal,
We don't currently pull from ICMS -- we used to, and it's something on our list to fix.
In the meantime, besides BIM 088V, what other courses do you need added? I can add them to IPA's database manually.
We have many (~8) courses pending approval.
Right now, BIM 117 has changed names to Modeling Strategies for Biomedical Engineering.
I've gone ahead and renamed BIM 117 in your 2018-19 courses table.
Do you know the course name, units, and effective term code for BIM 088V?

Apologies for the delay on this. I've added BIM 88V to your 2018-19 courses list.
The process for gaining programmatic access to ICMS has also been moving lately, so it is my hope this type of issue will not come up again in the future.
