yes, the new reports cover this particular request. I'll likely submit a new request for more specific reports later. Thanks!

Got it. I didn't realize you could add more than 1 instructor (I guess because I never tried it). thanks!

The latter option would be best; on the course listing page for a particular term.

At the course level (not individual activities) would be fine.

I just tried to recreate this issue in FQ16 and I wasn't able to. I'll let you know if I see it happening again.

I think I figured this issue out. "old data" stays until you refresh the page. I was entering a new discussion for a course that had pre-populated info in there. Once I refreshed the page, the pre-populated data disappeared. Maybe we should add a "save" type button?? Even if I move to a different course or a different quarter, the pre-populated data stays. It doesn't disappear until I actually hit the refresh button.

This is not an issue anymore now that I'm 'sharing/linking' the lecture and discussion together.

Yes, either (or both) of these options would definitely work. Thanks for being creative. And of course, I'm speaking for myself. I know Tracy Lade wanted a similar feature so I'm not sure how this would work for her. Something to keep in mind, sometimes when we get to the scheduling piece, we still have courses that aren't assigned to instructors yet, so as long as we can still assign a day/time to the course without it being "assigned" to someone, then I don't see why these options won't work.

I know that having the ability to use "staff" as an instructor was something Tracy Lade also felt a need for, so maybe she can let you know why it's helpful for her. For us in CS, it's helpful in keeping track of the courses that have not been assigned. If I list 'Staff' as the instructor, then I can go to the "Instructor View" and look for the instructor "Staff" and quickly see all the courses that I still need to find an instructor for. In looking at the "Course View" and looking for the courses that are blank, I feel like I may miss some classes. The view is very busy. In this view I have to look for classes that have an enrollment number in the blue box and then make sure there's an instructor highlighted in green. I can't use the "hide unassigned' option in this case, since there's no instructor assigned, so it will disappear if I use the "hide unassigned" button to lessen the clutter.

I like the ability to see summer sessions on the Teaching Call but I'd like the ability to _not show_ them at times, like you have the ability to do this on the Annual Plan view. When I'm in the midst of assigning courses for the academic year, it does not include the summer sessions. Having the summer sessions there makes the screen busy and is information that has no purpose for me at that point. It's nice to have a button to then _show_ all quarters including summer when I want to see everything. Also, by not showing the summer sessions it reduces the screen size so that I can have two windows open and be able to see everything side by side (right now I can't get the windows small enough to see everything when I'm looking side by side). Maybe check with Obada and Lloyd. I briefly showed them what I meant in this feedback when we met with them before the holiday break. Let me know if you have additional questions.
