Hi. I create a test support call for myself on Friday and I never received it. I just created a support call for all of my students with a due date of 7/6. I want to make sure this will actually send.

Hi Christal,
I'm closing this issue as we handled it via e-mail. I can confirm the e-mails went out, and we have queued a work item to ensure the first e-mail goes out regardless of how quickly the form is filled out to ensure a more understandable behavior from the system.

Adding newly approved courses
Hi. It seems that some active courses (ICMS Curriqunet) are not appearing in the course search option when adding courses to IPA Courses annual plan. Example BIM 088V completed the final approval process in ICMS on 2/7/18, but does not appear in the search. When does this list get updated? Thank you!

Apologies for the delay on this. I've added BIM 88V to your 2018-19 courses list.
The process for gaining programmatic access to ICMS has also been moving lately, so it is my hope this type of issue will not come up again in the future.

batch import of students
I have a bunch of students I want to send to TA call to, and it would be great to be able to add them all at once - like by email address. Ideally, this would also be able to capture if they were MS or PhD, but not necessary.

Misspelled words 'Uavailabilities'

Your software leads with a misspelled word. It should be 'Unavailabilities' not 'Uavailabilities'

Add a feature to find an optimal match from professor preference to course needs
I'm on our undergraduate committee in my department and last year we discussed the pains of scheduling manually. It turns out that you can write a constrained optimization problem to find the best fit to fill course need slots for each year with out manual intervention. I've worked on this problem for my courses where I have to assigned students to a set of teams based on their ranking and a desire to maximize the change they get a team they want. I've already thought about writing this for our department for the class matching situation but now they've introduced this tool. Our undergraduate advisor informed me that the tool doesn't have an algorithm to form the professor to course match automatically. I'm writing to let you all know that this is a possibility and that I have interest in developing it from a academic perspective. If interested, feel free to contact me.

Priority is not saved
I've sat here for over an hour trying to order the priority with the little arrows and it does not seem to save the order. If I click one quarter and then go back to the previously ordered quarter, the priority does not reflect what I changed it to. This is due for me in on Wednesday and I'm not sure how to set the priorities.

Support Calls Collecting Availability
When sending out a support call, checking the box for "Collect Availability" allows you to left click to paint non-availability. When both "Collect Availability" and "Collect Availability (via CRN)" are checked, painting non-availability is disabled. For courses that a student may enroll in without a specific date/time (example: CHE 261 does not have a specific date/time listed in Banner), being able to paint availability as well as enter courses would be helpful.

Hi Brad,
The feature is now live, when making a support call you can now select one or the other, or both of the availability collection options. If you select both options it will allow the student to both paint, and supply CRNs to set their availability (per your scenario).

Entering course prefix searching the registrar's database.
I'm an instructor. The into video says that if I enter a prefix, I'll get to see all the course in the registrar's database. That's not happening. So, I can't add my class preferences.

printing issue for teaching call response sheet

I've tried printing out the Teaching Call Response Report and it freezes my printer every time. Has anyone else had a problem?

The Teaching Call Response Report was updated this morning. Please take a look.
The Excel download feature is also available if your printer is still locking up.
